At City Optics, we want you to see the world with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eyewear. Ensure your items are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your frames in their original hard case.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned glasses, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
